Who can use the KomfortKissen?

The KomfortKissen can be used by anyone. There are no restrictions at all – whatever your age or weight.

Can children and teenagers use the KomfortKissen?

Definitely!

How do I wash the KomfortKissen?

You can wash the cover. We do not recommend washing the pillow itself.

Where is the KomfortKissen made?

Our entire production is in Europe, which means we make a high-quality and sustainable product. Our employees matter to us just as much as our customers.

Is the pillow available in different sizes?

The pillow is available in one size, 100 x 150cm.

What is the KomfortKissen suitable for?

The pillow is intended for people looking for comfortable support when lying down and sitting. It supports the head, neck, stomach, hips and knees and allows a variety of relaxed lying positions.

Is the pillow also suitable for stomach/back sleepers?

The pillow is also suitable for back sleepers. It is not suitable for sleeping on your stomach, but it can be used in seated positions for reading, relaxing or watching TV.

Where can I get a replacement cover for the KomfortKissen?

You can get replacement covers here.

Is the pillow also suitable for a waterbed?

Absolutely! The pillow works wonderfully with 99% of all German beds.

Which payment methods are available?

We accept payment by card, PayPal and on invoice via Klarna.

How can I cancel my order?

Please contact us as soon as possible at kundenservice@komfortkissen.de to cancel your order. If the parcel is already in transit, cancellation is no longer possible.

I have not received an order confirmation / invoice.

Please contact us at kundenservice@komfortkissen.de and we will check that your order was received and resend the order confirmation if necessary. Please also check the spam folder of your mailbox.

2. The 100-night trial period applies exclusively to the following products:

The trial period begins on the day the product is collected by the customer or by the delivery person. In the event of a return, the customer arranges the return shipment themselves and bears the return shipping costs incurred. You will find further details in our warranty conditions (clause 2).

3. The delivery time within Germany is generally 2–5 working days. Shipping costs are calculated on the basis of the delivery address and the order value and are displayed at checkout before the order is completed. Free shipping from an order value of 139 € applies to deliveries to Germany and Austria. For deliveries to all other countries the shipping costs are shown at checkout. For deliveries outside the EU, additional customs duties and import charges may apply, which are to be borne by the recipient.

4. Payment by installments is processed via Unzer and is available subject to a successful credit check. You can pay for your order in 3, 6, 9 or 12 interest-free and fee-free installments by direct debit – from a minimum order value of 100 € up to a maximum of 5,000 €. The specific monthly installment amount is calculated and displayed by Unzer at checkout. You will find further information in our General Terms and Conditions. Subject to a successful credit check.

5. The statement “430,000+ customers” is based on the total number of unique customer records in our shop system, accumulated since the company was founded across all European markets. Each record corresponds to a verified order placed by a buyer. “5-star reviews” refer to customer reviews published on our websites as well as on external platforms and sales channels. Only buyers with a completed order can submit a review. Individual experiences may vary.
